Once your order has been successfully placed, it will be shipped via DPD. We will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout once your order is dispatched. At the same time, DPD will also send an email containing the tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the official DPD website.

You can request to change your order details (such as size, color, or shipping address) before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. Thank you for your understanding.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact our customer service team to request a cancellation. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible.
